Coaching

Moderation / Workshops

Weather in team meetings or during interdisciplinary workshops, AeroPS can support communication with independent Moderation of such sessions. An external Moderation supports internal leaders. We provide our know how during planning and preparation of a meeting event. Often underestimated is the importance of the right setting (location, time, presentation method, etc), which is a prerequisite of an efficient work environment.
